A revised start time or a new meeting point is published as an announcement for the affected crews and appears in the updated daily programme.

Each crew can find its details, times, documents, rally leg information and announcements in a clear mobile view.

A rally leg’s start time changes. You review the impact and publish the change. Each crew can then see its updated personal start time in the daily programme.

Prepare the change.
Save the new rally leg start time as a draft first. Previously published times remain in place until the change is published.
- 02 / REVIEW
Review the impact.
Compare each crew’s old and new personal start times. Linked start entries move with them; briefings, controls and breaks need a separate review.
- 03 / PUBLISH
Publish with confidence.
Publish the reviewed start change and its announcement together. The updated times become available in the participant area.
